Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Fee
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our error (damaged goods, incorrect items, etc.), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
Packaging Requirements for Returns
To ensure that your returned item is protected during transit and can be processed efficiently, please adhere to the following packaging guidelines:
Original Packaging:
Whenever possible, return the item in its original packaging. This includes the original box, inserts, manuals, and any accessories or promotional items that were included with your order.
Secure Packing:
If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a sturdy, appropriately sized box. The product should be well-protected with cushioning materials (such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or foam) to prevent damage during shipping. Ensure that the item is immobilized within the package and will not shift during transit.
Intact Labels and Seals:
Do not remove or alter any original labels or seals unless necessary for packaging protection. Ensure that the product's branding and identification details remain visible to assist with order verification upon return.
Clear Documentation:
Include a copy of your return receipt or order confirmation inside the package to help us quickly verify your return. Remove or cover any previous shipping labels if you are reusing a box to avoid confusion during the shipping process.
Tracking and Insurance:
We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. This protects both you and us by providing a record of the return shipment. Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number until your return has been fully processed and your refund issued.

Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at service@wearfumbo.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Whether it’s a quality concern, a missing item, or just something that didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
